What payment options do you offer?
We accept payments via credit card, paypal or via transfer into our bank account. Your invoice will contain our payment details.
Can I buy the solutions you recommend direct from the vendors myself?
In most cases, no. We are partnered with the vendors we offer products from which means we have access to enterprise grade versions and business pricing options. With most solutions we have bundled in the advisory/maintenance component to ensure your service is implemented professionally and continues to work as it should.
I'm happy with some of our existing solutions. Can we keep those if we sign up to some of your services?
Yes. There are plenty of industry or task-specific solutions that we continue to assist our clients with. We can help with obtaining support from your vendor and/or troubleshooting issues ourselves where appropriate.
I've heard negative things about "the cloud". Why should we move our services?
Online, monthly versioning of software and services has come a long way over the past few years. All of our clients are using these solutions (as are we in our own business) and they work very well. We've trialled and tested all of our solutions, ensuring that they are all reliable, feature-packed, compatible with each other and affordable for small to medium business.
