No wasted hours
We've packaged the essential elements of support into our Clear Skies Cloud Services Package. Unlike many other MSPs (managed services providers) we don't include prepaid hours of support which are often wasted if not used. Simply pay for the support hours you need, when you need them, at a reasonable rate.
Call-out fees waived
We usually charge a minimum of 1 hour per support call (what we refer to as our call out fee). This is waived for Clear Skies subscribers and support is billed in 30 minute blocks.
10% off module implementation fees and hardware
Implementation fees for any of our Add-on Modules are discounted by 10% for Clear Skies Add-on Modules. Hardware is also discounted by 10%.
